Please contact us first before opening a return, before opening an eBay case, and before opening a PayPal dispute. All buyers that return a product are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are solely responsible for return shipping and defective returns and replacement. If a package is lost in the mail we will refund the buyer; however, we will not refund the cost of the shipping label.If any sticks go defective upon installation we will replace them. HOWEVER, the CUSTOMER is responsible for getting ALL defects and returns back to us through standard mailing processes.
